President:     Dr. Lepani Waqatakirewa.

Registered Public Health Specialist. Former Director of Public Health, Chief Executive Officer for Health and Permanent Secretary Ministry of Health & Medical Services. Currently provides consultancy services on Health System Governance particularly Policy, Planning and Evaluation.

Vice President:      Dr. Filimone Raikanikoda

Primary Care Physician, Educator & Public Health Advocate. A General Practitioner with sub- specialties in Dermatology, HIV Medicine, NCDs and SRH. Presently working as an Assistant Professor in Primary Care since 2017 at the School of Public Health & Primary Care, College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, FNU. Areas of interest includes Population Health, primary health care, NCD, CDs, SRH, STI/HIV, mental health, wellness, health systems and research. Currently pursuing PhD studies under the HDR program at the Fiji National University.

General Secretary:      Sr. Litia Makutu

Currently a Lecturer with the Fiji National University, College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences in the School of Public Health and Primary Care teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate Public Health and Health Service Management courses. A former a nurse educator with the Fiji School of Nursing. My interest is in Public Health and Curriculum Development.

Treasurer:         Dr. Nikansha Kumar

Primary Care Physician/ Lecturer in Primary Care. Dr Kumar has a degree in MBBS, Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health – NCDs and Master of Public Health in Non-Communicable Diseases. Served for 7 years in Ministry of Health & Medical Services in Primary Care and Public Health.

Dr Kumar is a versatile, enthusiastic, hard-working, and easy to work with. She stands by the principles of integrity, loyalty, and dignity, and take opportunities as stepping-stones and building blocks to make a difference in my community, country, and the region.

Member:          Rev. Dr. Mosese Salusalu

An ordained Minister with the Methodist Church in Fiji, former Lecturer in Public Health Fiji National University, former Coordinator HIV and AIDS, former Manager National Food and Nutrition Center, former Senior Health Promotion Officer and a former Medical Practitioner.

Working full time in the church, looking after the Valelevu Methodist Circuit that oversees the Jupili Koula Methodist Church (Valelevu) and Lomavata Methodist Church (New Town) with a total of over 500+ member congregations. Planning to continue work as a Public Health advocate whilst in the church and to contribute to the Wellness of the members and hence established a Health Promoting Church. Will be in Valelevu Circuit for a span of 5 years and God willing, health advocacy work could be expanded to other neighbouring circuits and other churches.
